This really depends on the products booked and when booking was made. For holidays outside 14 weeks we usually offer a deposit to secure the holiday. Please ask the consultant for further details
We work with many hundreds of tour operators who offer free child places and discounts. We will do our best to find you a great holiday, taking advantage of any offers to bring you great value.
Yes, absolutely. We want your experience to be hassle free so we can take care of arranging your airport parking as well as many of the other extras you may need. From airport parking to airport lounges, private resort transfers to holiday excursions – tell us what you need and we’ll do our best to put it all together for you.
We certainly do. We can arrange package holidays for you and we’ll do our best to price match or beat a quote they you may have received elsewhere.
We book holidays worldwide and that includes staycations. We can find you a self catering cottage in the Peak District, a lodge in the West Country or something in one of the UK’s holiday parks. We work with all the names you will have heard of including Butlins, Haven, Hoseasons, Warner Leisure as well as hotels from Holiday Inns to exclusive 5 star luxury. Just let us know what you’re looking for.

We can offer travel experiences where you can join a group if you wish or we can help to arrange a holiday that is all about you. Whether you are travelling solo through choice or circumstance, we can help to plan an experience that works for you and with the best value by avoiding paying over and above for those single supplements.

Of course, booking just flights can sometimes be a complicated affair and we can help to make it a straightforward and stress free process.
Yes, when tailor making a bespoke package, we can arrange transfers in resort to fit your needs. Whether you are happy to take a shared shuttle service, a private taxi or travel in luxury, we can arrange this for you. We can also arrange for child seats to be provided if necessary so that you and your family can travel safely.
This can sometimes be a very stressful task but we can help. Just tell us who’s going and what you’re looking for and we’ll do our best to find you the perfect holiday.
There is no charge when booking a traditional package or a bespoke tailor made itinerary, you simply pay the cost of your holiday. For some flight only or rail only bookings, there may be an administration charge added but that is not always the case and we will always advise you upfront if this was applicable.
